2. Product & Pricing

All product descriptions, photos and specifications are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in colour, texture or dimensions may exist. All prices are displayed in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and withdraw product offers. If obvious pricing mistake occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment.

3. Order & Payment

An order becomes binding once we send shipping confirmation email to you. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept payment methods shown on the checkout page. We may perform identity verification for fraud prevention. If payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend or cancel your order.

4. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you when the parcel is handed over to the delivery carrier. Title of goods remains with Novalyn until full payment is received. Delivery timelines are estimates only.

5. Right to Cancel & Returns

For online purchases, UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the contract without giving reason, starting from the day you receive goods. You must notify us of cancellation within this period. Goods must be returned in resalable condition with original packaging.
